COMFORT CARE
Neighbors Helping Neighbors
Providing support for individuals and their families in Todos Santos and surrounding areas, Comfort Care is a resource organization to the people of Todos Santos and the surrounding Community who require assistance from family, friends, neighbors and colleagues during times of illness, whether short, chronic or advanced to end of life and to live that life in a meaningful way.
Whether needing assistance post surgery or facing life threatening illness, death, or bereavement…. we are here to help you. Although death may be a time of sadness and separation, it is part of all of our lives’ journeys and can be faced with dignity and serenity. Our Services
Comfort Care & Assistance is a group of volunteers coming together as neighbors helping neighbors in time of need. We are not a 'for-profit' business.
Comfort Care has partnered with Scrapbook Films to provide Personal Legacy Documentaries. These short films are beautifully produced and aim to act as a legacy will. Our clients can articulate their final wishes, share their valued memories and maintain agency over their life story, as they approach their transition.
Please send us a quick note if you think you or someone you love may be interested in creating a beautiful personal documentary!
Testimonials
I’m so pleased that Lu Pearson is bringing her skills and aide to the people of Todos Santos, and we are lucky to have her. I personally am dealing with chemotherapy treatments and Lu visits once a week to perform a Reiki session. Not only do I feel my body quieting and balancing, but our two dogs line up for a little touch of love from this caring and capable woman.
I strongly recommend Lu’s services for anyone needing this type of assistance.

Lu Pearson, has provided exceptionally thorough and thoughtful care for me every day for two months as I am healing a seven inch by four inch open wound on my leg. She has been highly professional in assessing, treating and monitoring the wound, and in guarding closely against any potential infection. In addition, Lu has been in frequent contact with my surgeon via phone calls, emails and even in person. Lu has been invaluable to me.

To Whom It May Concern ..... I would have to simplify here, or it would take many pages to describe Nurse Lus abilities and knowledge which range from medical ministrations, physiological counsel, end of life support and a Reiki adept. It was an honour and a blessing to my now departed partner and myself when Lu entered our lives during the last year and a half of his life. In short, Lus an angel down here helping us.

Lu has been watching a very delicate wound with an impressive dedication, we´ve been in touch for the past months talking almost daily on the phone or via email, sharing ideas and advising each other, personally I’ve learned a lot of things related to wound healing thanks to Lu, a lot of knowledge that I will apply in the future.
I’m grateful for all the help and experiences shared with Lu and I hope we can work together again; she is an excellent health professional and I’m glad I can call her my friend.
P.s. if you we´re wondering what happened to our patient, he´s almost fully recovered; I obviously suggest that whoever is reading this thinks about Lu for any health issues, you will be in good hands if she is there.
